Veteran agent Cynthia Burke has recently formed Platinum Partners.  With over 16 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience, Burke is your agent.  A resident of Folsom who is in tune with the local market, she draws on her in-depth experience and state of the art technology to provide current, accurate information upon which to base intelligent Buying or Selling decisions.  Cynthia’s approach to Real Estate earns her high marks from a growing list of satisfied clients. 

Prior to entering the residential resale end of the real estate industry, Cynthia experienced great success over a 10-year period in other real estate industry positions. She developed extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of residential rehab, leasing and property management.  Currently, Cynthia is focused on residential resale, new homes, and investors.

To stay on top of the most current trends and technical issues, Cynthia has endeavored to pass her Broker’s Exam in Colorado and is currently working on the California Brokers Exam, obtained Accredited Buyers Representative designation, and  is a licensed agent here in California.

In 2005, Cynthia was elected to the Keller Williams Board of Directors for the Folsom Office.  She was the Chairperson for Agent Recruiting Committee, and actively participated by teaching classes to new agents.  Cynthia continues to campaign for education by volunteering with the Women’s Council of Realtors, as past chair for the referral network committee, and is a graduate of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce Leadership 2004.
